Responsibilities:

- Assist the project team in translating and cross-checking exhibit information provided by exhibitors.
- Design online visitor promotional materials (using Canva and AI tools), such as visitor guides for different routes and campaigns.
- Assist in enriching the overseas database by consolidating company lists.
- Use AI tools to source company contact information (e.g., email and WhatsApp) and update/sync data to the CRM system.
- Send invitation messages to targeted visitors and follow up on responses and results.

Requirements:

- Undergraduate student or recent graduate from university, majoring in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or Journalism is an advantage.
- Excellent written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Immediate available is preferred.
