Responsibilities:

- Be aggressive and effective to develop overseas purchasing network by recruiting new buyers, associations and multipliers to engage in our services.
- Discuss and formulate strategic cooperation with overseas partners to promote our exhibitions and services.
- Establish and maintain relationship with major overseas buyers and associations on an ongoing basis to update ever-changing purchasing needs and market trends.
- Organize online and offline events, such as webinar, conference, booth participation, business matching, etc., in overseas countries and China.
- Prepare effective sales materials and conduct sales pitching in different market segments.
- Coordinate with other departments / vendors to cater for buyers' diversified needs during pre-show and on-site.

Requirements:

- Degree holder with over 8 years’ solid experience in sales & marketing, business development, exhibition / conference / event management and relationship management.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must).
- Experienced in cold calling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and client servicing skills.
- Well-organized, result-oriented, independent, self-motivated and able to deliver under time and resource pressure.
- Mature, outgoing and a team player.
- Frequent mainland China and overseas trips are required.
- Immediate available is preferred.
