Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media industry influencers, publications and journalists.
• Negotiate media agreements, explore promotional opportunities, and maximize ROI through advertising and strategic collaborations with B2B and B2C media, and form delegations for the trade show.
• Develop and implement media plans aligned with project’s target regions, industries, and audience segments.
• Create and oversee the distribution of press releases and visitor eDMs, ensuring content aligns with project goals and overall campaign strategy.
• Organize and execute press activities, such as media briefings and press conferences, and prepare materials for media kit.
• Monitor and evaluate media performance, tracking media coverage, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness to support continuous optimization.
• Support other overseas promotion initiatives, including seminars, trade fairs, networking events, presentation ceremony, etc.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Management.
• Travel to Mainland China and overseas countries is required.

Requirements:
• Degree in marketing, communication or business related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in media relations, preferably working in exhibition industry.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, and proficient in MS Office applications.
• Detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
