Responsibilities:

• Assist in different kinds of projects from planning to execution, e.g. events, video/animation, design.
• Provide support to marketing campaigns through ATL & BTL channels.
• Prepare promotion materials, eDMs, printed & online advertisements as well as reports.
• Arrange promotional collaterals and logistics of events.
• Assist ad hoc projects or assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 1 year solid experience in Marketing, preferably in advertising agency / exhibition industry, with digital marketing experience is an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Knowledge of producing eDM, artwork editing knowledge of Canva or Photoshop is preferable.
• Good team player, detail-minded, well organized and able to work independently.
• Occasional mainland China trips are required.
• Less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator.
