About the Job:
• Responsible for marketing a B2B online platform connecting plastics and rubber technology suppliers with their buyers from different manufacturing industries. To devise marketing plans and follow through from preparation to launch.
• Understand customer needs, behaviors and industry trends for achieving continuous project development.
• Write up and produce different kinds of print and digital promotion materials
• Attend industry events for promoting the platform to target sectors and customers.
• Explore and develop business partners for maintaining project growth.
• Collaborate and communicate closely and effectively with product team, different BUs and exhibition teams for creating project synergies.
• Handle other project tasks per assignment of supervisor or Project Head.

Requirements:
• University degree with 5-7 years' work experience in Marketing, Business Administration or Communication.
• Creative and possess solid experience in project branding and digital marketing. Past experience in handling B2B eCommerce platform will be an advantage.
• People-centric, sensitive to user needs and behaviors.
• An independent worker as well as a good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written Chinese and English.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, self-motivated, fast worker striving for continuous improvement.
• Familiar with digital content creation tools(e.g. Canva, Mailchimp, SendGrid), and new media marketing (e.g. WeChat, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok and video marketing, etc.).
• Proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Occasional travel to China and overseas is required
