Acting as a key player in enhancing the user experience of our digital products and ensuring they are both visually appealing and highly functional. Your design expertise will be crucial in creating user-centric interfaces that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals. The key responsibilities are:-

‧ User-Centered Design: Lead the user-centered design process, conducting user research, creating user personas, and understanding user behaviors to inform design decisions.
‧ UI/UX Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, visually pleasing, and user-friendly.
‧ UX Research: Plan, conduct, and analyze user research sessions, including usability tests, interviews, surveys, and user feedback, to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
‧ Information Architecture: Organize and structure content to optimize user flow and information accessibility within the digital platform.
‧ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to bring designs to life and ensure they align with product goals.
‧ Responsive Design: Create responsive designs that provide a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes.
‧ Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and refine designs for improved usability.
‧ Accessibility: Ensure designs are accessible to all users, adhering to accessibility guidelines and best practices.
‧ Visual Design: Develop a consistent and visually appealing design language, including layouts, color schemes, typography, and icons.
‧ Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the digital product's design.
Requirements:

‧ Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
‧ Proven experience (4+ years) in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
‧ Expertise in design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools)
‧ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
‧ Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods.
‧ Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
‧ Experience in designing for accessibility and awareness of WCAG guidelines.
‧ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
‧ Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
‧ Innovative thinker with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
‧ An independent worker as well as a good team player with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
‧ Solid working experience in B2B or SaaS environments is a plus
‧ Fluent verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a plus.
‧ Occasional business trips are required.
‧ Candidate with less experience will be considered as UX/UI Designer.
