Responsibilities :
• Liaise with media for collaborations, and maintain good relationship, and explore more collaboration opportunities
• Prepare advertising and advertorial plan for both online and offline overseas media
• Keep track and take record on the execution and effectiveness of media collaborations
• Regularly review and update the media list
• Assist in the preparation of press materials write up and story pitching
• eDM development/write-up/distribution
• Assist in the management of onsite service points and activities as assigned
• Ad hoc projects or assignments as required

Requirements:
• Degree in marketing, communication or business related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in media relations, preferably working in exhibition industry
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua a must), and proficient in MS Office Applications
• Detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently
• Occasional mainland China trips are required
