Responsibilities :
●Deliver operation support to exhibitions, monitoring progress & keep schedules
●Prepare procedural materials e.g. Exhibitor’s Manual, Bulletins, Reminders, etc.
●Liaise with exhibition venue and outside parties; manage subcontractors and service vendors
●Support project team in technical and operational issues of the exhibition
●Handle exhibitor enquiries, provide customer service on technical issues
●Occasional travel to China for attending exhibitions

Requirement:
●Degree holder with 2 years or above work experience in exhibition organizer or standfitting services company, preferably in the role of operation or exhibition support
●Requires basic knowledge on standfitting and freight forwarding arrangement of exhibitions
●Good communication and coordination skills, capable of multi-tasking and meeting job deadlines
●Good spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua
●Logical thinker, fast worker and good problem solving ability
●Initiative and have strong sense of responsibility, can work independently and in a team
●Possess good computer skills, familiar with Excel, Corel Draw and other floor plan drawing software will be an advantage
●Candidate with less qualification will be considered as Assistant Project Executive
