Responsibilities:
• Deliver operation support to exhibitions, monitoring progress & keep schedules
• Prepare procedural materials e.g. Exhibitor’s Manual, Bulletins, Reminders, etc.
• Liaise with exhibition venue and outside parties; manage subcontractors and service vendors
• Support project team in technical and operational issues of the exhibition
• Handle exhibitor enquiries, provide customer service on technical issues
• Occasional travel to China for attending exhibitions


Requirements:
• Degree holder with 2 years or above work experience in exhibition organizer or standfitting services company, preferably in the role of operation or exhibition support
• Requires basic knowledge on standfitting and freight forwarding arrangement of exhibitions
• Good communication and coordination skills, capable of multi-tasking and meeting job deadlines
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua
• Logical thinker, fast worker and good problem solving ability
• Initiative and have strong sense of responsibility, can work independently and in a team
• Possess good computer skills, familiar with Excel, Corel Draw and other floor plan drawing softwares will be an advantage
• Candidate with less qualification will be considered as Assistant Project Executive
