Responsibilities :

To be responsible for overseas visitors’ recruitment and delegation for assigned exhibitions.
To devise promotional strategies for different market sectors
To drive, plan and execute visitors’ promotion campaigns
To build and maintain relationship – Key buyers, overseas associations and business partners with proposing sponsorship program and incentive scheme etc.
To plan and monitor the competitive events yearly, pre-registration and on-site services for database enhancement
To organize online activities for webinar and business matching
Requirements:

University graduate in Communications, Journalism or Marketing is preferable.
3-5 years' experience in Marketing Communications/ Exhibitions/ Event Management/ Digital Marketing or related field.
Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage) and fluent in other foreign language is a bonus.
Mature, pro-active, self-motivated, well organized and detail-oriented.
A team player with good communication skills and able to work under multitasking environment.
