CHTC FONG'S Group, a supplier of smart dyeing and
high-end dyeing and finishing machinery, made a big debut at ITMA ASIA + CITME
2018 to show the Group's innovative set of machinery.
The Group, together with its well-known brands including FONG’S, THEN, GOLLER, MONFORTS FONG’S, MONFORTS, XORELLA and FWT, presented one-stop solution for dyeing and finishing.
This year, CHTC FONG’S presented its brand-new smart dyeing and finishing projects at the booth. It provided an in-depth explanation of the process flow of dyeing
workshop automation at the dyeing plant, the connection of central injection
system and various types of dyeing machines as well as the automation application
in fabric dyeing factories and bobbin dyeing factories.
One of the highlights of the booth was the newly developed FONG’S TECWIN
high-temperature dyeing machine, which was designed to expand its applicability by optimizing the
performance of TEC series high-temperature dyeing machines. After one year of enhancement,
its consumption reduction efficiency was improved. The
machine was awarded the Certificate of Innovative Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Technology and Application issued
by China Cotton Textile Association.
In
light of the diversified needs and development of the market, the brand THEN launched a new generation
of AIRJETWIN high-temperature airflow dyeing
machine. The multi-functional machine is
particularly suitable for dyeing knitted cotton, chemical fiber, cotton and chemical fiber
blended, woven cotton and other fabrics.
GOLLER
exhibited its new DYEPADDER ECONOMICA Nip-in-Trough with double impregnation mechanism
specially designed for dyeing knitted fabrics. it has the advantage of
providing even dyeing effect for knitted fabrics without crease mark and
distortion incurred.

Meanwhile,
MONFORTS FONG’S presented Montex 6500 Air Filtration Omni Stenter Frame at the booth.
On the basis of the Montex 6500 stenter range, it has combined advanced heat
recovery and air filtration technology. This machine is also equipped with automatic
cleaning function to clean the filter tank regularly.
The
potential of Industry 4.0, in combination with the drive to reduce waste and
minimize raw materials usage, has led to some significant new developments by
MONFORTS. At the booth, visitors had an opportunity to explore the brand-new
Qualitex 800 Control System, Web-UI Application Program and visualization
technology through smart phones and tablets. With the touchscreen devices, Qualitex
800 makes navigation easy for operators, allowing complete control of all
machines parameters.
Mr.
Jürgen Hanel, Head of Technology for Technical Textiles at MONFORTS said: “By
using new interface and visualization technology as well as the sliding
function applied in operating machines, MONFORTS has taken over the lead in the
aspects of Internet of Things / Industry 4.0.”
Meanwhile,
in the yarn spinning hall, XORELLA presented its energy-saving vacuum
conditioning and heat setting machine which is widely applied in the field of
yarn improving and ready-to-wear sizing. The machine can even penetrate the
textile products for humidification; twist setting, preshrinking the synthetic
filament, antistatic, color fixation of digital printed fabric and heat setting
of garment.
During
the exhibition, CHTC FONG’S held the “10th Anniversary Celebration
of Cooperation between FONG’S and Indian Agent A.T.E”. Mr. Ji Xin, CEO and Executive
Director of CHTC FONG’S Group, spoke highly of the close cooperation between
two enterprises and expressed the willing of maintaining in-depth cooperation
with A.T.E. to continue exploring the Indian market.
